In this appt we'll review your history and current situation to determine which coaching program is best suited to your needs. This is ideally the first session you should book so we can make a plan that works for you and your budget. *Please note that the appointment gets confirmed by Amanda, if you do not receive an email the night before you will get a separate email with other available times for your appointment.
