Are you looking to gather information to present to your provider? In this session our focus will be looking at your history as it relates to DSM criteria to help you prepare for an assessment appointment for ADHD or Autism. I am not able to diagnosis anyone. This is to assist you in translating DSM text to clearer terminology to prepare for a visit with a licensed practioner. At the end of the session you will receive a document with examples in your own words to share with your doctor to support your own personal concerns of a possible missed diagnosis.
