Social Skills Group 8 Week Course

In this class the focus is building social skills along side of your our self confidence. The two often work in tandem and approaching this class in a group setting is a great way to really get instant practice witht he skills we'll be focusing on in the course. Skills range from initiating converstaions, to adjusting body language, to boundary setting. This class is built for ADHDers and Autistic people to learn how to work WITH their brains to find comfort in areas that may be normally more difficult for them for a variety of reasons.
