About the event
In this class the focus is building social skills along side of your our self confidence. The two often work in tandem and approaching this class in a group setting is a great way to really get instant practice witht he skills we'll be focusing on in the course. Skills range from initiating converstaions, to adjusting body language, to boundary setting. This class is built for ADHDers and Autistic people to learn how to work WITH their brains to find comfort in areas that may be normally more difficult for them for a variety of reasons.

This ticket is for the first four weeks of the course, after that you'll get a request for the second half of payment for the final four weeks. The class is exactly the same at both ticket options, this is just less up front.
