About Us

The ADHD Lady's Coaching Services

Welcome to the official website of The ADHD Lady. With personal experience as a neurodivergent individual, diagnosed with ADHD at 28 and ASD at 30, I've delved into this realm for over a decade, initially spurred by family, but also my students for 8 years working in Special Education. I've undergone extensive training, including classes, webinars, and an Autism Specialist course, augmenting my expertise in ADHD and executive dysfunction. Recently, I obtained a meditation instructor certification alongside other life coaching credentials, enriching my ability to support clients.

I have been fortunate enough to be able to help so many people, including a few international clients. Interested in talking? Schedule a consultation to discuss which coaching options might best suite you at this time! Or continue exploring the website for more information on what I have to offer.

Coordinating Chaos with the ADHD Lady: a podcast for the ADHD brain

At Work
Peter, 36

I’m a 36 year old former software engineer who’s life fell apart at the end of 2020. I had been following Amanda on TikTok for a while so when she started up her coaching business, I immediately knew I should reach out. Amanda has not disappointed! I don’t think it is exaggerating to say that I have made more progress in 6 months working with her than I have in 20 years. She is really helping me pull my life back together. Thank you Amanda!!! -Peter, NC

School Application
Kayla, 28

I have been working with Amanda for a few months and have learned more about my ADHD from her than I have in the previous 20 years of being diagnosed. Not only did she teach me about how my brain works, she taught me how to accept how it works. I'm so thankful.

Louise, 51

I was diagnosed late in life with ADHD and came to Amanda to learn more about my new diagnosis. I wasn't expecting that I would also get a whole new perspective on my life. I am so much kinder to myself thanks to my time working with her. I have learned to tell the mean voices in my head to be quiet and life is so much better.
